  • Cups:
  • Bread
  • Butter
  • Filling:
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 1 can flakes of turkey
  • 3 tbsp. flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/4 tsp. lemon juice
  • sprinkle parsley



Step 1

Cups: Cut crust off bread. Butter bread on both sides. Place in muffin pan and bake 10 minutes at 350. These may be done ahead of time and frozen.

Filling: Melt butter, fry onions, add mushrooms and stir in turkey. Sprinkle with flour and blend well. Add milk and continue to heat and stir until mixture comes to a boil. Remove, add salt, pepper, parsley and lemon juice. Spoon into cups and return to oven and warm 10-15 minutes at 350
