GRILLED BASIL LEMON PORK CHOPS

Ingredients
- 1 12 oz. can frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
- 1 cup basil leaves, cut into thin
- strips
- 4 tbs olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 4 pork chops, at least 1 inch thick

Preparation
Step 1
Mix lemonade, basil, olive oil and garlic. Reserve 1/2 marinade to brush on while grilling.
Pour the rest of the marinade over the pork chops, and refrigerate for two-eight hours. Grill pork
chops for approximately 20 minutes, turning them once and basting them with the reserved
marinade.
