Ingredients
- 2 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 3 squares (3 oz) white baking chocolate, melted
- 3 tbs red raspberry preserves

Preparation
Step 1
Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla wmixer on med speed until well blended. Add eggs, mix until blended. Stir in white chocolate.
Pour into crust. Microwave preserves in small bowl on high 15 seconds or until melted. Dot top of cheesecake w/small spoonfuls of preserves. Cut thru batter w/knife several times for marble effect.
Bake at 350 35-40 min or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hrs or over-nite.
