- 1 Cup Mango Texas Twists Salad Dressing (or Mango Salad Dressing)
- 3 Cups cooked shrimp, peeled and tails removed
- 1/2 cup crumbled Queso Fresco
- 1 Box (5.45 oz.) Marrakesh Express Mango Salsa Couscous

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook couscous according to package instructions. Once couscous is done spread out on a baking pan to cool
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients
3. Chill until ready to serve.
