Lemon Sage Turkey Cutlets

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 pound turkey cutlets
- 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
- lemon wedge

Preparation
Step 1
In shallow dish, conbine bread crumbs, sage, lemon rind, salt and pepper.
Brush both sides of turkey with half of the oil, press into bread crumb mixture to coat.
In non-stick skillet, heat half the remaining oil over medium-high heat; cook turkey turning once in batches and adding remaining oil as necessary, for about 5 minutes until golden and no longer pink. Serve with lemon wedges.
