Crock Pot Sweet & Spicy Kielbasa
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup spicy mustard
- 1 small onion chopped fine
- 3-4 small new potatoes, cut in quarters (optional)
- 1 cup apple juice (optional)
- 2 pounds kielbasa or smoked Polish sausage, cut into 1/4-inch
In a crockpot, combine brown sugar, mustard and onion; add kielbasa and sauerkraut and stir well to coat evenly.
Cover and cook on LOW for 2-1/2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
Optional: 3-4 new potatoes and a cup of apple juice can be added to make a broth.
