Mashed Potatoes---country style

Ingredients
- 12 large potatoes, peeled, quartered, cooked and hot
- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup hot milk combined with 2 Tbsp. of melted butter
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. each, chopped fresh parsley, thyme and rosemary
- salt and pepper to taste
- Substitute 1/3 dried herbs if fresh herbs are not available.

Preparation
Step 1
Place potatoes back into hot pot, mash well. Add milk and butter, and sour cream, beat with hand mixer. Add herbs, salt and peper, beat until fluffy. Serve immediately.
