Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, melted
- 4 eggs
- 1 (15 oz) can cream style corn
- 1/2 (4oz) can chopped green chiles peppers, drained
- 1/2 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 1/2 cu shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup yellow cornmeal
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 to 400
Lightly grease 13x9 inch pan.
In large bowl, beat butter and add eggs one at a time. Blend in cream corn, chilies, Monterey Jack and Cheddar Cheese. In separate bowl mix together dry ingredients. Add flour mixture to corn mixture; stir until smooth. Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake until golden brown.
