Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 12 olives, minced
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1/2 cup mink
- 1 egg, beaten
- 12 bacon slices

Preparation
Step 1
Partially cook bacon. Mix all other ingredients. Shape into balls. Wrap with bacon and fasten. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes, turning once.
