These delicious Pineapple Upside Down Jello Shots go down smoothly, so be careful not to over do it!

cup boiling water (180 mL)
(3-ounce) box pineapple Jello gelatin
cup cold water (60 mL)
cup vodka (120 mL)
cup butterscotch schnapps (60 mL)
cup Irish cream (60 mL)
Dissolve jello in boiling water in large bowl. Add vodka, schnapps, Irish Cream and cold water. Cool a bit. Put a maraschino cherry in each shot glass and fill shot glass. Chill until set.
