Red Velvet Cheesecake Ball

A sweet cheese ball perfect for parties or get togethers. Just combine red velvet cake mix with cream cheese and butter, and cover in chocolate chips!

• 8 ounces softened cream cheese
• 1/2 softened butter
• 1 1/2 cup red velvet cake mix
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 package mini chocolate morsels

Step 1

Mix cream cheese and butter well. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Form into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate overnight.

Next morning, pat (or smack) chocolate morsels over entire cheese ball.

Serve with vanilla wafers.
