Crick's Chicken and Dumplings

  • 1 whole cut up chicken (use all dark or white meat if desired)
  • 1 box "Annes" dumplings
  • 2 tblsp chicken bouillon
  • Optional: Gizzards,Frozen peas and baby carrots


Preparation time 15mins
Cooking time 80mins


Step 1

Boil chicken in large pot until tender
Remove meat from bones
Add dumplings to existing chicken stock (boiling)one at a time
Add meat on top of dumplings (to keep dumplings submerged)
Add more bouillon to taste if desired
Cook for twenty minutes over medium heat (Gentle boil)
Serve hot
