Ingredients
- 1 Yellow butter cake mix
- 1/2 Cup oil
- 4 Eggs
- 1 11 oz. can mandarin oranges and juice
- 1 16 oz. whipped topping
- 1 Large box vanilla instant pudding
- 1 20 oz. can of crushed pineapple drained

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350.
Beat cake mix, oil, eggs and mandarin oranges in mixer until combined.
Spoon into 3 greased and floured cake pans. Bake for 20 minutes, cool on wire racks.
Combine whipped topping, pudding mix and pineapple in a bowl; mix well. Spread mixture between layers, sides and top of cake.
Store, covered in refrigerator. Chill overnight to enhance flavor.
May bake in 9x13 cake pan for 27-30 minutes.
