BISQUICK BANANA BREAD
This is another Bisquick recipe. I haven’t changed a thing. It is easy and very moist. Recently, to lighten our intake of cholesterol, I have used egg beaters instead of whole eggs and canola oil rather than a heavier one. Works great!
- 1/3 Cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 Cups mashed bananas
- 1/2 Tsp. vanilla
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/3 Cups Bisquick
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1/2 Cup finely chopped walnuts or pecans
Oven to 350 degrees.
Generously grease 9x5x3” loaf pan. Lining the pan with wax paper also will really make this really easy to get out of the pan.
Beat all ingredients vigorously. Pour into pan and bake until wooden pick comes out clean, 55 to 65 minutes. Run knife around pan and invert onto baking rack. Cool 5 minutes and remove from pan.
