Roasted Green Beans with Peppers and Onion

- 1 lb. whole green beans, trimmed
- 1 each red and tallow pepper, cut into thin strips
- 1 large onion, cut into thin strips
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinaigrette dressing
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Details
Preparation time 20mins
Cooking time 50mins
Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 400F
Toss vegetables with dressing in large roasting pan.
Bake 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring after 15 minutes.
Sprinkle with cheese, bake another 2 - 3 minutes or until melted.
