- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Step 1
Cut the potatoes into 1/4-in.-thick slices; toss with oil. Place in a single layer in a greased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and Parmesan cheese. Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes or until tender.
