  • 2 onions, diced
  • 2 T oil
  • 1 bag coleslaw mix or 450g shredded cabbage
  • Salt and pepper
  • Mustard
  • Duck sauce
  • Malauch, defrosted



Step 1

Sautee onions and cabbage for 12-15 min. Add salt and pepper.

1 circle on flat surface and roll out thin. Spread with mustard. Cut to 12.

Fill cabbage- 1 spoonful. Roll up rugalach. Brush with duck sauce.

Bake for 35 min at 350°.
