- 2 onions, diced
- 2 T oil
- 1 bag coleslaw mix or 450g shredded cabbage
- Salt and pepper
- Duck sauce
- Malauch, defrosted
Sautee onions and cabbage for 12-15 min. Add salt and pepper.
1 circle on flat surface and roll out thin. Spread with mustard. Cut to 12.
Fill cabbage- 1 spoonful. Roll up rugalach. Brush with duck sauce.
Bake for 35 min at 350°.
