Ingredients

  • 1 box of extra moist cake mix
  • 1 cup of pecans
  • 1 20 ounce can of pineapples, diced
  • 1 20 ounce can of cherry pie filling
  • 1/2 cup of butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup of coconut

Preparation

Step 1

1. Preheat oven to 350
2. Lightly grease a 13X9 pan
3. Dump pineapples into the pan first, then pie filling, cake mix after that, followed by the butter, then the coconut, and finally the pecans. (No need to mix, just dump into baking dish in the listed order)
4. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
Tip: If coconut and pecans reach desired color before the end of baking time, place tinfoil over dish for the remainder of the time.
