Scalloped Potatoes with Egg

  • 6 Large Boiled Potatoes, sliced
  • 1 tsp. Salt
  • 1 Tbs. Butter
  • 2 Hard-Boiled Eggs, sliced
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Cup Chopped Ham
  • 1/2 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Buttered Bread Crumbs



Step 1

Arrange 1/2 of the potato slices in a greased casserole dish. Season lightly with salt and dabs of butter. Cover with egg slices. Spread 1/2 of the sour cream over eggs. Add remaining potatoes and cover with ham. Mix remaining sour cream with milk and pour over casserole ingredients. Top with buttered bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until top is browned.
