Pull-Apart Garlic Rolls

  • 1 (16 oz.) can Grands buttermilk biscuits (not flaky), quartered
  • 4 TB butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 TB chopped parsley or 1 tsp dried parsley
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375. Grease 10 cups of a 12-cup muffin tin. Place biscuit pieces in a medium bowl. Combine butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, parsley, & Parmesan cheese in a small bowl. Pour over biscuit pieces. Gently toss together, making sure the biscuit pieces are evenly coated with the butter mixture. Put 3 biscuit pieces in each cup & an extra piece in 2 cups. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes.
