Escalloped Salmon

  • 1 can salmon
  • 1 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1 egg
  • salt and pepper to taste



Step 1

To 1 can of salmon, free from skin and bone, put in casserole or other baking pan and add remaining ingredients and mix well. Bake in slow oven (about 275) for 20-30 mins.
