Ingredients

  • 3 cups Flour
  • 2 cups Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil
  • 20 ounces Strawberries

Preparation

Step 1

1. TIP: Best made the night before you are going to serve it. It also freezes very well.

2. Combine first 5 ingredients in large mixing bowl and make a well in center of mixture.

3. Combine remaining ingredients and add to the dry ingredients. Stir well.

4. Spoon mixture into 2 greased and floured loaf pans (9x5x3 is best)

5. Bake at 350 degrees for approx. 1 hour. Test with cake tester.
