Ingredients

  • 2 c. diced cooked meat
  • 2 Tbsp. fat or shortening
  • 1 small onion
  • Biscuit dough
  • 1 can potato mushroom soup
  • 1 c. cooked peas
  • 1 c. cooked sliced carrots

Preparation

Step 1

Season the meat, add the mined onion and brown in hot fat. Mix soup with 1/2 can water and combine with peas, carrots and meat. Place in casserole.

Heat and top with rounds of biscuit dough cut 1/2" thick. Bake in 375 oven about 20 mins or until the biscuits are browned.
