Ingredients
- 2 c. diced cooked meat
- 2 Tbsp. fat or shortening
- 1 small onion
- Biscuit dough
- 1 can potato mushroom soup
- 1 c. cooked peas
- 1 c. cooked sliced carrots
Details
Preparation
Step 1
Season the meat, add the mined onion and brown in hot fat. Mix soup with 1/2 can water and combine with peas, carrots and meat. Place in casserole.
Heat and top with rounds of biscuit dough cut 1/2" thick. Bake in 375 oven about 20 mins or until the biscuits are browned.
