Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb to 1 lb small shrimp, cooked in seasoned water, drained
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 tsp milled black pepper
  • 1 lb noodles, cooked in salted water, drained
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream, warmed
  • salt, to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Split shrimp lengthwise and place in a chafing dish with melted butter and pepper, and saute' for 3 minutes.

Add fettuccine and toss with shrimp and butter. Add cream and toss gently to blend. Serve immediately in warm soup bowls.
