Ingredients
- Cream Cheese Filling:
- 3 cup flour
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup oil
- 15 oz can pumpkin
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 8 oz pkg cream cheese ( softened)
- 3 Tbsp butter or marg (soft)
- 2 cup confectionary sugar( use more if consistancy is mot right)
- 1 tsp vanilla

Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar, oil, pumpkin, vanilla and eggs. Add dry ingredients. Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Flatten slightly with spoon. Bake 350 for 8-10 minutes or until they spring back to touch.
Filling:
Mix cram cheese, margerine,vanilla. Add conf. sugar. Beat until creamy.
