Saucy Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• 10 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 1 -3 oz cream cheese
• 1 - 8 oz sour cream
• 1 - 8 oz jar Cheez Whiz
• 1 - 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup
• Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

Cook potatoes until tender. Heat cream cheese, sour cream, Cheez Whiz, mushroom soup and salt and pepper until well blended and smooth. Place potatoes in a greased baking dish. Fold sauce mixture into potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
