Ingredients

    eggs

  • 1

    cup milk

  • ½

    c. canned pumpkin

  • 1-¾

    cups Bisquick

  • ½

    tsp each cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger

  • 2

    TBS sugar

  • ¼

    cup vegetable or canola oil

Directions

Beat eggs in mixer bowl until thick and lemon colored. Stir in remaining ingredients. Prepare as you would any pancake batter.
