- 5 pounds beef prime rib (or 1 rib per person)
- 2 cups prepared horseradish
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 tablespoons freshly ground black pepper
- 2 teaspoons Kosher salt

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
in a 350 degree oven, cook the ribs to an internal temperature of 120 degrees, about 2-2 1/2 hours (use a meat thermometer to check temperature).
In a small bowl, mix the horseradish, butter, salt and pepper. Generously coat the ribs with the horseradish mixture.
Return the ribs to the 350 degree oven and continue cooking for 15 to 20 minutes.
Remove the ribs from the oven and let rest for 30 minutes before slicing.
Serve with the pan drippings.
