Strawberry Cheesecake Surprises

Ingredients

• 2 pints ripe strawberries
• 8 ounces cream cheese or Neufchatel cheese
• 2 tablespoons sour cream or heavy cream
• 3 tablespoons powdered sugar
• 1 tablespoon vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

Wash if necessary, dry thoroughly, and hull, so that the entire stem and center are removed. Cut a thin sliver from the bottom of the berries so they stand upright. Mix together until smooth. Pipe the cream mixture into the center of the strawberries. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
