Razzleberry Pie

  • 1 box ready made pie crusts
  • 1 bag frozen raspberries
  • 1 bag frozen blackberries
  • 1/3 c. sugar
  • 2 1/2 T. flour



Step 1

Thaw fruit almost completely.  Pour into colander to strain juice (if you like more juice, skip this step).  Mix fruit, sugar & flour together.  Line a greased pie plate with crust.  Pour fruit into crust.  Dot with 1 T. butter (cut into small pieces).  Before adding top; cut designs (vent) into top crust.  Lay over berries.  Moisten edges with water & flute.  Lightly brush top with water & sprinkle with sugar.  Cover edges with foil to prevent burning.  Bake at 400° for 30 minutes.  Remove foil & bake an additional 10 minutes.
