boneless/skinless chicken thighs

tsp. my house seasoning (equal parts garlic powder, onion powder and pepper...combine and store in an airtight container)
Place the chicken in a ziploc bag and whisk together the remaining ingredients. Pour over the chicken, seal and squish around to coat each piece. Place in the fridge for 2 hours. Remove and place on a baking sheet lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 25 minutes. Pop under the broiler for 1-2 minutes to add a little more color.
