Strawberry Muffin Tops

Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 stick butter, melted and cooled
- 2 cups flour or Gluten Free Flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1-1/2 cup strawberries, huled and cut in chunks
- Honey for topping

Preparation
Step 1
Muffin top baking tray
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Wisk eggs and sugar until light. Add milk, yogurt, vanilla and melted butter. Gently wisk.
In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add to milk mixture and stir just until flour disappears. Gently stir in berries.
Spoon thick batter into muffin top baking tray. Bake about 25 minutes until tester comes out clean. Invert and cool on rack.
Enjoy with honey drizzled on top.
