Angel Lush Pineapple Cake

  • 1 package instant vanilla pudding (4-serving size)
  • 1 20 oz can curshed pinapple, with the juice
  • 1 cup cool whip, thawed
  • 1 angel food cake
  • fresh strawberries



Step 1

Mix pudding and pinapple(with the juice).
Gently stir in cool whip topping.
Cut cake in 2 or 3 layers.
Fill layers and top with the mix.
Refrigerate for at least an hour.
Arrange strawberries on top.

Another variation of this:
Use Marachino cherries and juice, and coconut flakes in place of pinapple.
Omit strawberries.
