Halibut with lemons and caper sauce

Ingredients
- Paste:
- 4 halibut filets, about 6 oz each and 1 1/4" thick
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1 T. Italian parsely, chped finely
- 1 tsp. lemon zest, grated
- 1/4 tsp ground pepper
- Sauce:
- 2 T. olive oil
- 2 T. fresh lemon juice
- 2 T. oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, finely chpd
- 2 T. capers
- 1 T. Italian parsely, finely chpd
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt

Preparation
Step 1
Paste:
In samall bowl whisk all ingredients, rub the halibut fillets on all sides with the paste, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to grill.
Sauce:
In small bowl whisk together all ingredients and set aside to room temp.
Grill fillets over direct high heat until fish is just opaque at the center and slightly firm 8-10 minutes, turning once halfway through. Remove from grill and serve warm with sauce spooned on top.
