- 1/3 cup (2/3 stick) butter, plus extra for greasing
- 8 cups popped popcorn
- 6 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 10 1/2 ounces miniature marshmallows

Preparation
Step 1
Grease an 11-by-7-inch baking pan with butter.
Place the popcorn, chocolate chips and raisins in a large bowl.
In a medium saucepan, melt butter over gentle heat and stir in peanut butter. Add marshmallows and stir continuously until melted.
Remove from heat and pour over the popcorn, mixing quickly with a large spatula until combined.
Transfer mixture to the buttered baking pan, press into the edges, and smooth the top. Allow to cool before cutting into bars. Either serve immediately or store up to 4 days.
