Ingredients
- 1 Jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tsp parsley, chopped
- 1 beaten egg
- 10 ounces flour
- 1/2 red pepper, chopped
- 1 tsp baking soda
- dash of salt
- 1 can sweet corn, drained
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- 1 cup of milk
- dash of pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a blender, mix garlic, peppers and corn. Pour into a bowl and add baking powder, parsley, flour, salt and pepper. Mix well. Add egg and milk until the batter thickens. Add oil to frying pan, when hot, spoon in batter. Fry until golden brown turning them occasionally. Remove and drain on paper towel and serve.
