Ingredients
- Crust:
- 2 cubes butter
- 1/2 C sugar
- 2 C flour
- 1/8 t salt
- Filling:
- 6 large eggs at room temp
- 3 C sugar
- 2 T lemon zest
- 1 C fresh lemon juice
- 1 C flour

Preparation
Step 1
Bake crust for 15-20 minutes. Cool. Pour filling over crust, bake for 30-35 minutes until set. Cool to room temperature before serving.
