Buttery Garlic Herb Mashed Potatoes (crockpot)

  • 2 pounds Red Potatoes, cut in 2" pieces
  • 4 T. Butter
  • 1/2 C. Sour Cream (or greek yogurt)
  • 1 T. Garlic, minced
  • 2 t. Parsley
  • 1/2 t. dried or fresh Basil
  • 1/4 t. Oregano
  • 2 t. Salt
  • 1 t. Pepper
  • 1/4 C. Milk

Step 1

Add chopped potatoes to a greased crockpot. Cover and cook on high 2-3 hours or on Low 5-6 hours.

When potatoes are tender, add all remaining ingredients and use a mixer to mash.
