Buttery Garlic Herb Mashed Potatoes (crockpot)

Ingredients
- 2 pounds Red Potatoes, cut in 2" pieces
- 4 T. Butter
- 1/2 C. Sour Cream (or greek yogurt)
- 1 T. Garlic, minced
- 2 t. Parsley
- 1/2 t. dried or fresh Basil
- 1/4 t. Oregano
- 2 t. Salt
- 1 t. Pepper
- 1/4 C. Milk

Preparation
Step 1
Add chopped potatoes to a greased crockpot. Cover and cook on high 2-3 hours or on Low 5-6 hours.
When potatoes are tender, add all remaining ingredients and use a mixer to mash.
