A healthy morning snack or after work out refuel!
- 2 Cold Medium size grapefruits
- 1-1 1/2 TBSP of Raw Honey
- Optional: a sprinkle of minced ginger

1. Spoon out pulp out of the grapefruits into a blender
2. Add honey and ginger
3. Blend until smooth.
