Ingredients
- ● 1-3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- ● 1/2 cup sugar
- ● 1 tsp baking powder
- ● 1/2 tsp baking soda
- ● 1/2 tsp salt
- ● 1 egg
- ● 2 egg whites
- ● 1 cup lemon yogurt
- ● 1/4 cup canola oil
- ● 2 tsp grated lemon peel
- ● 1 cup fresh raspberries

Preparation
Step 1
● Combine dry ingredients
● In a second bowl, whisk egg, egg whites, yogurt, oil, and lemon peel.
● Add the dry ingredients to the second bowl.
● Fold in the raspberries
● Coat a loaf pan with cooking spray
● Bake at 350*F for about an hour or until toothpick is clean
