Ingredients
- 1 ib cranberries
- 1 Cup sugar
- 1/2 Cup brown sugar
- 1/2 raisins
- 2 tea cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tea ginger
- 1/2 tea cloves
- 1/4 tea allspice
- 1 Cup water
- 1 Cup chopped onion
- 1 Cup cored pared apple
- 1/2 Cup chopped celery

Preparation
Step 1
Simmer cranberies, sugars, raisins,spices,and 1 cup water in a 2 qt saucepan over med heat stirring freguently until juice is released from the cranberrys. About 15 min.
Reduce heat, add remainding ingredients and simmer uncovered about 15 min,
Refrigerate. Keeps up to 2 weeks
