Ingredients
- Ginger snaps
- butter
- 1 15 oz can pumpkin
- 3 T sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 C heavy cream
- 8 oz cream cheese

Preparation
Step 1
mix pumpkin with 1 T sugar and cinnamon... crush ginger snaps and mix with butter. mix cream, cream cheese and remaining sugar.
layer ginger snap crust, pumpkin mix then cream layer. Repeat until jar is full.
Garnish with snaps.
