- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts
- 1 cup confectioners sugar
- 1 - 8 oz. package cream cheese
- 1 cup Cool Whip
- 2 packages instant lemon pudding
- 3 cups cold milk
Mix butter, flour and nuts. Press into 9x13 pan. Bake 15-20 minutes in 350* oven.
Mix confectioners sugar, cream cheese and Cool Whip. Pour over cooled crust.
Mix lemon pudding mix and milk. Beat 4 minutes. Pour over cream cheese. Spread the remaining Cool Whip on top. Chill. Sprinkle chopped nuts on top.
