Asian Pear and Avocado Bowl

Ingredients
- 1 15-oz. can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 1 medium Asian pear, cored and thinly sliced, slices halved
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 1 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 avocado, pitted, peeled, and diced
- 1 small jalapeño chile, stemmed, seeded, and minced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 2 Tbs. fresh lime juice
- 1 Tbs. canola oil

Combine all ingredients in medium bowl. Season with salt and pepper, if desired.
