Strawberry Sorbet

Delicious sorbet recipe. Excellent with fresh strawberries.

Ingredients

• 2 pints strawberries, washed, dried, hulled and halved
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice

Preparation

Step 1

Put all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth and sugar dissolves.

Transfer to an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacture's directions.
