Ingredients

  • FILLING:
  • CRUST
  • 1 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 5 Tb butter, melted
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • TOPPING:
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 Tb cornstarch
  • 1 1/3 c. cold water
  • 1/4 c. berry gelatin powder (they recommend raspberry)
  • 3 c. fresh berries (use same berry)

Preparation

Step 1

In small bowl combine all crust ingredients, mix well and press into and up sides of ungreased 9 in pie pan.
Bake 350 for 9-11 mins. Cool and set aside.

FILLING:
Combine all ingredients and mix until well blended. Carefully spread over crust.

TOPPING:
In small saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and water until smooth. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 mins or until thickened. Remove from heat; stir in gelatin until dissolved. Cool to room temperature. Refrigerate utnil slightly thickened
Arrange berries of choice over filling and spoon gelatin mixture over berries.

Refrigerate until set
