Pumpkin Delight

Ingredients

• 1 can pumpkin pie mix
• 3/4 c. sugar
• 1 can evaporated milk (13 oz.)
• 3 eggs, beaten
• 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 c. chopped nuts
• 2 sticks butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

Line 9x13" pan with waxed paper.

Combine the pumpkin pie mix, sugar, milk, eggs, and cinnamon. Mix well. Pour into prepared pan.

Spread the dry cake mix over pumpkin mixture. Put nuts on top. Pour melted butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes.

When cool, invert onto serving dish. Peel off waxed paper. Serve with Cool Whip.
