- SPECIAL EQUIPMENT:
- 3 cups mashed ripe apricots
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 packages strawberry gelatin mix - (3 oz ea)
- 8 half-pint canning jars with lids

Step 1
Mix all ingredients together in saucepan and cook for 4 minutes at a rolling boil, stirring frequently. Skim the surface. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
