Ingredients
- 1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 cups sugar
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1 cup canned pumpkin

Preparation
Step 1
Sift together dry ingredients. Add the nuts and mix well. Set aside.
Combine the remaining ingredients and add to the dry ingredients. Mix until blended. Pour into a 9x5x3-inch greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 350˚ for 60-75 min.
